Mahindra Lifespace pact with Livingstone Infra

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited has partnered with Livingstone Infra Private Limited to work on a development project that will generate a revenue of RS 1,650 crore. This deal has further enhanced the company’s footprint, which presently consists of almost 400 lakh square feet of residential projects across various Indian cities.
Mahindra Lifespace is the real estate and infrastructure development wing of the Mahindra group and is known for its premium construction work. According to the recent statement from the company’s MD and CEO Amit Kumar Sinha, they are looking to expand in the premium real estate market in South Mumbai by developing residential houses that will completely renew the landscape of this area.
He further added that this deal will focus on creating cutting-edge design and top-level amenities to enhance the residents' experience. Also, they want to ensure convenient access to a variety of essential services for them. In Q3 FY 2025, Mahindra Lifespace reported a net loss of RS 22.47 crore when compared with a net profit of RS 50 crore in Q3 FY24. However, the revenue has almost doubled by 104% to RS 167.28 crore during the same quarter.
