Linde India Ltd. is a 145-year-old chemical company, managed by Mr. Steve Angel (Chairman), Abhijit Banerjee (MD), Sanjiv Lamba (CEO), Matt White (CFO), and employees of more than 66,000 (2023) people. It spread to more than 80 countries. The company operates two segments: gas-related products and the project engineering division. Its products are industrial gas production, logistic services, medical gas, air separation plant engineering, etc. It launched its IPO in 2002 at Rs 33.95 and has shown nearly 830% growth in the last 5 years. However, their revenue is 2,846 crore and their net profit is 434 crore for FY 2023-24.
