Adani Energy bags Rs. 2,800 crore green hydrogen project in Gujarat

Adani Energy’s stock has sharply increased after getting a deal for a power transmission project worth around RS 2,800 crore. As per the latest exchange filing, the company will supply green electrons to manufacture Green Ammonia and Green Hydrogen in Mundra, Gujarat.
If we talk about the present fiscal year, the company has bagged its 6th order, surpassing its order book to more than RS 57,500 crore. This Mundra project involves upgrading the Navinal electrical substation and adding two big transformers. That’s not all; the company will also be involved in the construction of a 75 KM long 765 KV double circuit line to connect it with the Bhuj substation.

The company has quite a solid portfolio that has spread across various industries, from smart metering to transmission and cooling solutions. They are the country's biggest transmission company, maintaining over 25,900 km of network with a transformation capacity of 87,186 MVA.
Adani Energy has served more than 13 million consumers in Mumbai and Mundra using their electrical distribution subsidiary. They are also improving their smart metering operations to become one of the best smart metering integrators in the country.
